This place is unique and has spacious rooms with large, modern bathrooms.

Service at the reception was very friendly.

All the rooms were told to be non smoking but they were not, and they even had an ash tray and a match box on the table. Next to them was a non-smokin sign though.. It felt like it was there as a joke. We changed rooms once to get a less smokey room but ended up in an even worse stink. Towels and bedding also smelled of smoke. Room needs renovating, walls and ceiling had cracks and white paint seemed to have turned yellow because of smokin gin the room. Very old fashioned look and dark room. Breakfast didn't make a good impression either, Not much choise and some of the products were already finished(and not replaced), even though we went to eat 1,5 hrs before buffet closing time.

The venue was in a central location right by the main town square. the hotel is at the center of the city. - Stunning and often snow-covered mountains surround the area.

We wanted a hotel within walking distance of the train station and close to the city center. Nice rooms. We had to leave early to catch a train and could not stay for the breakfast.

The restaurant however in the hotel does not accept room charges nor credit cards. Food quite basic. Sometimes noisy as the windows are on the street side

Exceptionally friendly staff. - New-fashioned comfort queen room with extremely comfy beds. - the electronic key card, work desk, and TV were nice. - Very nice boutique building. - Marvelous location near shops, restaurants, the restaurant, and main pedestrian street. - Very efficient service from the staff. - Easy parking nearby.

As the cost of our overnight stay was very modest we were pleasantly surprised about the level of amenities and the service we received at this little hotel. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town making it easy to explore the main part of Villach. The breakfast was fine and double glazing on the windows ensured a quiet night. Good value for money.

The breakfast itself is amazing and awesome with freshly made coffee and even salmon on a plate, as example. All the staff members are best and efficient.

Great location in a pedestrian area, close to shopping centers and a Christmas market right across the street.

The property is gorgeous and perfectly clean, offers enjoyable and marvellous breakfasts. The units are airy, new-fashioned with double bathroom and air-con plus a lovely view. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, they ensure you have a really nice time here. The location is marvellous and magnificent, in the centre of the town. An attached restaurant serves amazing food.

Super clean and cozy spot! the room was sparkling new and the bed was so comfy. Plus, the location was just perfect 👌.

This spot is centrally located, just a short 4-6 minute stroll from the Relief von Karnten, and within walking distance to a mall and the Christmas market.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Villach. Airy & new-fashioned unit with double bathroom. - Fast check-in, wonderful and fantastic location. - Close to Downtown, the main center, shops, and restaurants.
